Happy Birthday to US! Jeff and I have our birthdays a few days apart and we both had great birthdays. But, Jeff surprised me with a party with some of our friends. He arranged all of them to surprise me at dinner. He had been planning it for a few weeks and I had no clue. We were supposed to be just going to dinner for our date night/our birthdays and I really thought nothing of it. I even almost didn't get a babysitter and thought that we would go another day. Luckily, I found one. I almost didn't get ready either. It had been a long day and I thought that I wouldn't worry about it. But I hopped in the shower and quickly did my hair and was still putting on my make-up when Jeff opened my door to go into the restaurant. So, as we were walking back to our table I hear a chorus of voices singing Happy Birthday. I was totally shocked, Jeff pulled it off and it was so much fun. Jeff, you made my 30th Birthday one to remember. Thank You everyone.

My sister Sarah and I have our birthdays a day apart and I have always wanted to go to Gardners Village and have lunch and shop up there for my birthday. So this year I got all my sisters together and we celebrated mine and Sarah's birthdays. We had a great time. Sarah is not in this picture because she had to leave right after lunch because she was babysitting my brother's girls. We miss all that couldn't be there though. It might become a tradition, so plan on next year.

Happy Birthday Stewie!

He had a great birthday with lots of friends. He really love to be with his friends.
It is our 10Year Anniversary! Yikes! It is amazing how fast 10 years can go.
Jeff and I took a fun trip to Duck Key, off the coast of Florida. We stayed at an amazing resort called Hawks Cay. The hotel was beautiful and we were so excited to be in a warm place, seeing that it was snowing at home.

But the first night we were there it rained 6 inches in 3 hours and a cold front moved in for the entire week that we were there. So you see this beautiful pool, we didn't get to enjoy it at all. But we used the hot tub a lot.

Since it was cold for the week, we went to go see what was around town. We ventured into a town called Marathon. It is comparable in size to Roosevelt, Utah. So for anyone that knows Roosevelt, you know that it was a happening place!!!!! So we went to there theater (a one screen theater that changes the movie every Friday). So since we came at the beginning of the week we were able to hit two movies. The picture below is their movie theater.

Another place that we hit was the local diner. The "Conch Cafe". The name says it all. It was good food though. It was the place where the local fisherman came and hung out. Marathon is a fishing and boating community. Anyone that knows me well knows that I don't really do seafood so everywhere we ate people looked at me and I am sure thought, "you're ordering chicken!" Oh well, I am trying to like seafood, I am just not all the way there yet.

We spent a lot of time at the gym and in the spa. We had even rented a convertible and we drove with the top down and the heater on. Everyone thought we were crazy. But we had no kids and 60 degree weather. It was convertible weather for us. We had a great time.
It is James' big day! He loves his birthday! Don't we all!

When is it my turn?

It is my turn next!
Hey bro...Happy Birthday!

It's the birthday boy!

James' best friends (he missed you Owen)
My parents farewell. It has been a long time since we have all been together. Getting 11 children together is a difficult task, but we did it and we had a great time. My parents are off on another mission. They are serving in Mexico City, in the visitors center. We will miss them but they are having a great time.

All of the siblings. We tried to do it from shortest to tallest. Guess who is the shortest?

The boys!
