Eden

Jeff and I were able to get away for the weekend.
So went to Eden. Where is it you may ask. It is one of
the most beautiful places in Utah! and it is up Ogden Canyon.
A little drive, but it was worth it.
The place that we stayed was called Wolf Creek. A great resort with
a gorgeous view, fine food, and great horseback riding. This is our view
from our horses.

What a hottie! He looks good on horseback.

O how I love horses. I will never have one but I can still wish.

Rain, Rain Go Away

A night out with just the girls! We decide to have a night out
and who better to spend it with than Kelly Clarkson. It was raining
all day, so we prepared for the worst and headed into the rain with
all our rain gear. We were ready for the worst but then the heavens
smile down on us and we enjoyed a beautiful night.

Shannon, Lindsay, Heather, me, Andrea, and Rachel

We went and enjoyed a dinner at Chilies before.

We had a server that made us laugh. It is fun to have
memories that when you remember it, it makes you smile.

There was the most brilliant full rainbow. It was beautiful.

Hard Core

For our Stake Youth Conference we went to Camp Williams.
We got to stay in the barracks and have a true military experience.
It was awesome and made me so grateful for all the men and women
serving our country. So Thank You!

We got to tour the tanks and watch them fire them off.
They can shoot along way and make a big explosion.

Firesides, dances, team building and fun! It is fun to be the
leader. Watching from the sides is very entertaining.

We have a great group of girls.

IT'S ANOTHER BIRTHDAY IN THE RUST HOME

Joshua turn's ONE! All of our birthday's fall in the first part of the year. So the next half of the year is a breeze. Nothing to worry about until Christmas and then it all starts over again.

As I said, it gets worse with every child. Joshua only got a cupcake! He loved every minute of it though.

He is my sweet little one. Now we just have a get him walking. He is such a fast little crawler that he doesn't want to even try walking. What is the point when he has James to carry him everywhere. Actually that should be his motivation. James will not let him be. He is his little doll. At least they all love each other.

Jacob is 3!!!

How time flies when you have so many little ones. I think of what I did for Stewart's birthday's and feel bad that none of the other boys have got the "out of control parties" that Stew got. The oldest does seem to be the one that gets the big and new things (like the new bike, and the other ones gets the hand me downs), but as you get older it seems it doesn't really matter because they won't ever remember all the time that you spent on their race car cake or the treasure chest cake!!! Jacob got cinnamon rolls for his cake, that is how bad it has gotten. I know that they enjoyed those cinnamon rolls more than any cake that I could of made. But I still enjoy throwing a good party!

Best Buddies. We love having family in the as our backyard neighbors. They play almost everyday and are super cute together.
